Melissa Hiner joined FM Stone Commercial in May 2011 as the Marketing & Creative Director. She came to the team with over 11 years of experience working for two other commercial real estate companies in the Michiana market. Melissa's vast knowledge of the local commercial real estate market allows her to successfully plan campaigns and marketing strategies that put the FM Commercial team one step ahead of its competition.
Melissa is in charge of developing and implementing all marketing concepts and creative direction for FM Stone Commercial and its partner companies. She is responsible for all company websites, newsletters, press releases, advertisements, commercials, brochures and all other marketing pieces.
Her past careers have included being a magazine editor for a national publication covering smart homes and consumer electronics; serving in public relations for a local college; and being a feature writer and photographer for a community newspaper. She has over 19 years experience as a writer, editor and graphic designer.
A lifelong resident of South Bend, Melissa and her husband Ted are board game enthusiasts and love to spend time sharing games with family and friends.
