Brent Miller, SIOR, started his real estate career in 1994 when he joined FM Stone Commercial in the property management department. It wasn't long before he found himself drawn to the sales team and began to specialize in the sales and leasing of industrial properties as well as receiverships.
In 2004 Brent earned the prestigious SIOR designation from The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. SIORs represents today’s most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists. SIORs like Brent are dedicated to the practice and maintenance of the highest professional and ethical standards. Real estate professionals who have earned the SIOR designation are recognized by corporate real estate executives, commercial real estate brokers, agents, lenders, and other real estate professionals as the most capable and experienced brokerage practitioners in any market.
An industry expert for 17 years, Brent has represented both small and large clients with all forms of commercial real estate sales and leasing needs. Brent's unique ability to understand difficult situations, develop plans and implement strategic solutions for his clients has helped him close over 350 transactions valued over $65 million. In 2010 he was named FM Stone Commercial's Salesperson of the Year for selling over $7 million in commercial real estate. Locally he is involved as a member of the Business Development Corporation of Indiana whose mission is to help provide Small Business Administration (SBA) Loans to entrepreneurs and established business owners in order to retain and create jobs in northern Indiana.
