Marie-Rose Gatete, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Marie-Rose Gatete, CPA, joined FM Stone Commercial as Chief Financial Officer in January 2021. As CFO, Rose is responsible for overseeing the financial activities of all the companies in The Tiedemann Group as well as providing the company’s financial strategic planning. This includes financial reporting, treasury management, financial planning and analysis. She is also responsible for HR functions of the company.

A resident of Granger, Rose came to the team from Conn-Selmer in Elkhart where she was the General Accounting Manager for 15 years. She has 25 years of senior level accounting experience. Rose earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on accounting from Indiana University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. She has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant since 1996.

In her time away from work Rose enjoys traveling with her husband Gaetan and their two sons, Gabe and Jabo. The family loves basketball and enjoys watching the boys’ basketball games. Rose also loves to cook and enjoys gardening.

Katie Bradshaw

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Katie Bradshaw joined FM Stone Commercial as its Senior Accountant in January 2022. As Senior Accountant, Katie is responsible for many accounting tasks including overseeing all of accounts receivable and accounts payable, assisting in managing tax compliance requirements, performing bank reconciliations and handling payroll for all of the companies in the Tiedemann Group. She also assists the CFO in day-to-day projects.

A life-long resident of Northern Indiana, after graduating from Westview Jr-Sr High School in Topeka, Ind., Katie earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in business with a major in accounting from Indiana University, South Bend. Before coming to The Tiedemann Group, Katie worked in accounting roles at Concord Community Schools in Elkhart, and at Rainbow Learning Ministry and Farmer’s State Bank in Shipshewana.

Currently a resident of Goshen, Katie is married to James and has four children: Lucas, Owen, Angie and Kaylynn. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family watching movies or playing games, taking the kids to sporting events or watching them in band. She also enjoys crafting and crocheting.
