Founded in December of 2007, the company has ten offices across Northern Indiana and in the Chicagoland area.

12-15-2017 -- FM Stone's Scott Griffith represented Robert and Karen Miller in the sale of 805 & 815 S. Ninth Street in #Goshen. The three-building industrial complex with 12,132 SF was sold to Samuel and Glenda Ascencio.
ObeCo LLC Expands in Elkhart
11-17-2017 -- Scott Griffith assisted Jason Obendorf LLC in purchasing the 47,000 SF industrial building at 2521 Industrial Parkway in Elkhart from Community Enterprise Properties LLC. The building, formerly an Ivy Tech building, will now be home to ObeCo Incorporated. ObeCo serves the RV and marine industries by providing unique solutions to space saving problems. ObeCo has been in business in Elkhart County since 1990. The company is growing and needed more space than its previous location near the intersection of SR 15 and US 20 allowed. Congratulations ObeCo!
Dollar General Buys Land
10-17-2017 -- Scott Griffith assisted in the sale of 1.03 acres of development land at 1720 Fulton in Elkhart to Dollar General. The American chain of variety stores headquartered in Goodlettsville, Tenn., recently opened for business at that location with a 9,002 SF store.
Dollar General: Building Again
10-10-2017 -- Scott Griffith represented South Bend Lincoln Way BTS Retail, LLC in the purchase of 2.42 acres of land next to Volcano Pizza on Lincolnway West in South Bend. Dollar General plans to put up a new retail store at the 3720 Lincolnway West location. This land sale is the fourth deal Scott Griffith and FM Stone have completed for the company in the last two months and at least two more deals are planned in our area.
