Griffith Assists LaGrange Monument in Buying New Building
11-29-2016 -- LaGrange Monument Works is the new owner of the 2,142 SF retail building on 1.65 acres at 1719 Lincolnway East (US 33) in Goshen. Scott Griffith represented the company who will be moving from their previous location in the Goshen Commons center where they rented space. The company, based out of Beloit, Wisconsin, is a wholesale distributor of roofing and a distributor of siding, windows and other building products, tools and related supplies.
