Griffith Assists With Another Dollar General in South Bend
12-21-2017 -- Dollar General purchased another 1.17-acre parcel of land along State Road 2 (Western Avenue) in South Bend. Scott Griffith assisted in the sale. A new 9,100 SF Dollar General store immediately began construction on the site at 25460 State Road 2 on the west side of the city. The new store will be up and running by the beginning of February 2018.

12-19-2017 -- Bionic Prosthetic & Orthotics Group LLC is the new tenant in 3130 A Windsor Court in Elkhart. The company is leasing the 900 SF of office space from Priority Properties LLC. Scott Griffith assisted in the lease. Bionic Prosthetics and Orthotics is a provider of orthotic and prosthetic services and products. Founded in December of 2007, the company has ten offices across Northern Indiana and in the Chicagoland area.

12-15-2017 -- FM Stone's Scott Griffith represented Robert and Karen Miller in the sale of 805 & 815 S. Ninth Street in #Goshen. The three-building industrial complex with 12,132 SF was sold to Samuel and Glenda Ascencio.
Dexter Axle Buys Land
12-11-2017 -- The 6.81-acre parcel of industrial land directly east of the Dexter Axle facility at 2900 Industrial Parkway in Elkhart was purchased by Dexter Axle for expansion purposes. Known as Lot 2 in the Maywell Industrial Park, the land was previously owned by Owens Corning. Brent Miller, SIOR, and Ross Miller, SIOR, assisted in the sale.
