The building is now home to the South Bend location of Koorsen Fire & Security which provides fire, security, communications and mobile safety products and services. Koorsen Fire & Security was founded in 1946 and is a third-generation, family-owned business with more than 27 locations in five states. The company has 12 locations in Indiana.
