7-30-2020 — UFP Industries, formerly Universal Forest Products, is the new tenant in 49,284 SF of industrial space at 2700 Ada Drive in Elkhart. UFP plans to use the building for additional warehouse space for one of its divisions. FM Stone Senior Vice President Brent Miller, SIOR, assisted UFP in lease negotiations between UFP Industries and the landlord, Woodbuild LLC. The Grand Rapids, Mich.-based corporation was founded in 1955 as a supplier of lumber to the manufactured housing industry. Today it has 14,000 employees in 150 different locations around the world serving retail, industrial and construction markets.
