11-7-2017 -- North Side Appliance Inc. is the new owner of 1501 & 1503 Elkhart Road in Goshen. This 17,316 SF retail complex of five buildings on 1.83 acres, which was formerly a John Deere dealership, was sold by Kauffman Sons, Inc. FM Stone's Bill Kuhns assisted the seller in the transaction. North Side Appliance was opened in Goshen in 2006 by Dan and Carol Miller.

10-26-2017 -- Bill Kuhns, SIOR, assisted in the sale of the 66-room, 20,216 SF motel at 2004 W. Market Street in Nappanee to O.M. Shiv LLC. The former Nappanee Inn is now The CountrySide Inn and is open to the public. The Inn is located near Amish Acres, a tourist attraction created from an 80-acre Old Order Amish farm.
5-18-2017 -- Burlington Graphics Systems Inc. (BGS) is the new tenant in 9,000 SF of industrial space in the north building at 56764 Elk Park Drive in Elkhart. BGS provides uniquely customized printing graphic solutions to nationally recognized businesses and manufacturers including the RV and marine markets. 5-4-2017 -- CB Service Center LLC is the new tenant in 3,000 SF of industrial space in Suite 4 at 56700 Elkhart Park Drive in Elkhart. 4-11-2017 -- Spectrum RV is the new tenant in 20,000 SF of industrial space at 2801 Dexter Drive in Elkhart. This will be the first U.S. location for Queensland, Australia-based Spectrum RV. The company will take high-end fifth wheel and towable units that are made in Elkhart and import them to Australia for distribution.
