The company purchased the 9,282 SF two-building industrial complex at 18536 and 18582 US 20 to expand its existing semi repair business next door. The 1.62-acre property is situated on the southwest corner of US 20 and CR 15. The company plans to lease out the corner building in the near future. Bill Kuhns, SIOR, assisted in the sale.
