Classics on 23 Opens in Granger
10-4-2018 — Darin Hurn plans to sell classic cars from the former Granger location of Fred’s Transmission at 14887 & 14911 SR 23 in Granger. Hurn purchased the Granger property from Fred’s Shops and has just opened Classics on 23 on the site. The property consists of a 7,300 SF auto service center and a 1,260 SF office building on 1.44 acres. Both State Farm and Progressive Insurance currently lease suites in the office building. FM Stone’s Richard Hobson and Bill Kuhns, SIOR, were involved with the transaction.
Energy Well to open 2nd Goshen location next to Cricket Wireless
9-4-2018 -- The Energy Well is the new tenant in the back portion of the retail building at 2823 Gateway Drive in Goshen. Expanding into a second location, The Energy Well offers healthy meals and options in the form of the smoothies and beyond. The 1,170 SF retail store will co-tenant with Cricket Wireless along US 33 on the south side of the city. FM Stone’s Scott Griffith assisted in the deal.
Hobson Fully Leases Concord Commons Retail Center
10-21-2015 -- Concord Commons is now fully leased! Richard Hobson assisted HealthMarkets Insurance Agency in leasing the final 900 SF suite in this retail center near Concord Mall on the south side of Elkhart. The company, which is leasing 3714 Mishawaka Road, plans to open November 1 and will sell health insurance from this location. This will be HealthMarkets’ second location in Elkhart.
Tangible Deals to Open at Concord Commons Center
10-6-2015 – Tangible Deals is now leasing 1,000 SF in Concord Commons shopping center at 3712 Mishawaka Road near Concord Mall in Elkhart. Richard Hobson negotiated the deal. The center owner is Concord Commons LLC. Tangible Deals is expected to open before the end of October and offer a variety of products.
