10-30-2019 — Clow Enterprises LLC is the new owner of the 5,230 SF commercial building at 219 Caravan Drive in Elkhart. This building will be the new home of Beds By George, a family owned company, started by Aaron Clow, that builds beautiful safety beds for special needs children, youth, adults, as well as handicapped, disabled and medically fragile individuals who need extra fall and entrapment protection while in bed. Beds By George will be moving from 1045 Nappanee Street in Elkhart to this new building just off the Indiana I-80/90 Toll Road exit at State Road 19. All their beds are handcrafted in Indiana. Classics on 23 Opens in Granger
10-4-2018 — Darin Hurn plans to sell classic cars from the former Granger location of Fred’s Transmission at 14887 & 14911 SR 23 in Granger. Hurn purchased the Granger property from Fred’s Shops and has just opened Classics on 23 on the site. The property consists of a 7,300 SF auto service center and a 1,260 SF office building on 1.44 acres. Both State Farm and Progressive Insurance currently lease suites in the office building. FM Stone’s Richard Hobson and Bill Kuhns, SIOR, were involved with the transaction.
Hobson Leases Retail Suite
6-5-2018 -- Jinying Massage Spa will be the new tenant in Suite B at 23631 US 33 in Elkhart. FM Stone Broker Richard Hobson assisted Wenwu Lu in leasing the 1,200 SF retail suite from Richard and Deloris Max. The suite had only been on the market for 64 days.
