UFP plans to use the building for additional warehouse space for one of its divisions. FM Stone Senior Vice President Brent Miller, SIOR, assisted UFP in lease negotiations between UFP Industries and the landlord, Woodbuild LLC. The Grand Rapids, Mich.-based corporation was founded in 1955 as a supplier of lumber to the manufactured housing industry. Today it has 14,000 employees in 150 different locations around the world serving retail, industrial and construction markets.

1177 Markley, Plymouth, was purchased by DAC Enterprise
7-17-2020 — DAC Enterprise, owned by Angie and Dennis Cripe, are the new owners of 1177 Markley in Plymouth. The 10-year-old company, which is a commercial and residential garage door manufacturer and distributor of DAC Overhead doors, plans to use the 50,000 SF industrial building on Markley for expansion. The company has another location at 400 Lake Avenue in Plymouth. Pete Letherman and Scott Griffith assisted in the sale.
Polser USA Opens Elkhart Facility
Polser USA is the new tenant at 21099 Protecta Drive in Elkhart, Indiana
7-14-2020 — Polser USA, a manufacturer of fiberglass reinforced plastics, is the new tenant in 10,000 SF of industrial space at 21099 Protecta Drive in Elkhart. FM Stone’s Brent Miller, SIOR, assisted the landlord in lease negotiations. Polser International, its parent company, is a 40-year-old Turkish company that distributes its products to over 70 countries worldwide in many industries. The new facility will allow Polser USA to market its rolled and panelized products directly to the RV industry.
Wired Computer Solutions Leases Space in Elkhart
7-10-2020 — Wired Computer Solutions is the new tenant in Suite B at 23631 US 33 in Elkhart. Owned by James Bowers, Wired Computer Solutions will repair computer systems. FM Stone Broker Richard Hobson leased the 1,200 SF retail space to Bowers.
