Sharon Welsh joined the FM Stone Commercial team in June of 2019 as a licensed Indiana Real Estate Broker. Sharon specializes in the leasing, buying and selling of all types of commercial properties in Northern Indiana.

Sharon has held her commercial real estate license for 25 years. Prior to joining FM Stone, Sharon worked in commercial and private banking at Lake City Bank for 16 years and at KeyBank for 26 years. She also has years of experience in retail and mortgage lending. Sharon’s territory in banking covered Elkhart, St. Joseph and Kosciusko counties.

Sharon employs skills utilized throughout her many years in business to aid in transactions for FM clients. Her main focus is to continue to build on and service the many relationships she has built over her career, and help those individuals and new clients with their commercial real estate needs.

A long-time resident of Goshen, Sharon is very involved in the community. She is a Goshen Chamber of Commerce Board Member and a Chamber Ambassador and Member. She is a Member of the Goshen Noon Kiwanis Club and a Board Member of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Elkhart County, Goshen Unit. She is also a Cabinet Member of the Goshen Health Foundation Capital Campaign. She has a true passion for her community and the people in it. Sharon has a daughter, Courtney, son-in-law Kevin and granddaughter Lexsis. In her spare time she enjoys yoga, traveling, bicycling, hiking trails in Arizona and spending time with her family.
