6-22-2020 — Benteler Automotive Corporation is now leasing two additional industrial buildings across the street from their existing Goshen plant at 910 Eisenhower Drive South. The company will be moving into the 27,103 SF industrial building at 811 Eisenhower Drive South and the 15,000 SF industrial building at 815 Eisenhower Drive South. FM Stone brokers Sharon Welsh and Scott Griffith assisted in the lease negotiations between Benteler and Brewster Properties Inc.

Benteler Automotive Corporation is a division of Benteler International AG which operates worldwide in the fields of automotive technology, steel and tube production, and engineering. Benteler Automotive is the largest revenue generator of Benteler Group’s primary business divisions and generates $783.74 million annually in revenue. Benteler Automotive plans to use the newly leased buildings mainly for storage of inventory. These buildings will replace a leased building they were previously occupying on U.S. 33 South in Goshen.
