8-4-2020 — Two companies will share 6,000 SF of space in Suite 5 at Airport Commerce Park in South Bend. Home Source Michiana, a home inspection service company, and Green Clean, a cleaning company, plan to move into the suite at 1616 Commerce Drive. DAC Enterprise Buys Plymouth Property
1177 Markley, Plymouth, was purchased by DAC Enterprise
7-17-2020 — DAC Enterprise, owned by Angie and Dennis Cripe, are the new owners of 1177 Markley in Plymouth. The 10-year-old company, which is a commercial and residential garage door manufacturer and distributor of DAC Overhead doors, plans to use the 50,000 SF industrial building on Markley for expansion. The company has another location at 400 Lake Avenue in Plymouth. Pete Letherman and Scott Griffith assisted in the sale.
Benteler Automotive Leases Two Industrial Buildings in Goshen
6-22-2020 — Benteler Automotive Corporation is now leasing two additional industrial buildings across the street from their existing Goshen plant at 910 Eisenhower Drive South. The company will be moving into the 27,103 SF industrial building at 811 Eisenhower Drive South and the 15,000 SF industrial building at 815 Eisenhower Drive South. FM Stone brokers Sharon Welsh and Scott Griffith assisted in the lease negotiations between Benteler and Brewster Properties Inc.
Benteler Automotive Corporation is a division of Benteler International AG which operates worldwide in the fields of automotive technology, steel and tube production, and engineering. Benteler Automotive is the largest revenue generator of Benteler Group’s primary business divisions and generates $783.74 million annually in revenue. Benteler Automotive plans to use the newly leased buildings mainly for storage of inventory. These buildings will replace a leased building they were previously occupying on U.S. 33 South in Goshen.

Milestone Fence Buys 3723 N. Home in Mishawaka
11-15-2019 — Milestone Fence is the new owner of the 9,200 SF industrial building on 3 acres at 3723 N. Home Street in Mishawaka. The company installs, repairs and replaces fencing, railing, decks and gates for residential and commercial customers in the Michiana area. Brent Miller, SIOR, and Scott Griffith represented the seller, Paul A. Kitkowski and Kathy P. Kitkowski, in the transaction.
Dollar General Headed for Goshen's North Side
8-15-2019 — Another new Dollar General will be going up at 1075 N. Main Street in Goshen (at the Southwest corner of Johnston Street and State Road 15). FM Stone Broker Scott Griffith assisted in the sale of this 0.98-acre parcel of land on the city’s north side. Goshen City Council members approved the plans in March of this year. Dollar General is expected to build a 9,100 SF retail building on the site.
