Hopebridge Autism Therapy Center To Open in Elkhart

1-13-2021 -- GWT Hopebridge 4 LLC is the new owner of the 12,062 SF office building at 505 S. Third Street in downtown Elkhart on the corner of Third and Marion Street. The building, commonly known as Atrium Court, will be the newest location for a Hopebridge Autism Therapy Center. Hopebridge Autism Therapy Centers provide personalized therapy for children touched by behavioral, physical, social, communication and sensory challenges. This will be the first Elkhart County location for the center. The company is headquartered in Indianapolis and currently operates in four other states: Arizona, Georgia, Kentucky and Ohio, with additional states planned in 2021. FM Stone Broker Sharon Welsh assisted in the sale between Marcott Family Partners LLC and GWT Hopebridge 4 LLC. Renovations to the building will soon be underway and Hopebridge Autism Therapy Center hopes to be open as soon as possible in its new location.

Truma Buys Elkhart Land

12-10-2020 — FM Stone Senior Vice President Brent Miller, SIOR, assisted Truma in the purchase of 3.8 acres of land at 14 Harman Drive in Elkhart. The land is across the street from Truma’s new North American headquarters which was built in 2018. The 71-year-old company is a system supplier of heaters, air conditioning systems, hot water generators, maneuvering assistants and gas supply for the recreational vehicles industry. Truma, which gets its name from former president Harry S. Truman, first came to Elkhart in 2013. The seller of the land was Y&L Investment LLC.
